Under the UAE Labour Law, an employer must retain accurate employee records including personal and payroll records, provide valid visa/work permits and ensure accurate payroll. Payslips must be provided and salary must be paid within 14 working days from the month end either through the Wage Protection System or evidenced through Bank transfer.
